Hello I'm Dr. Foster, I have been practicing Acupuncture since 2015, and have been a Clinical Herbalist since 2013. I completed my medical training at The American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, California. At ACTCM I completed a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) as well as, earning a Masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine(MSTCM). I am is also license nationally with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine

Herbalism dear is to my heart. I started my formal training at Dandelion Herbal Center with Jane Bothwell. I interned at the Herb Pharm in Southern Oregon. I have been growing plants from seed to medicine for many years. I am a master herbalist and truly believe that in the symbiotic relationships that exist with humans and the natural world there is a remedy for every ailment. 

In my care we will cover your whole body systems and dive deep into the imbalances at the root of your health concerns. 

In San Francisco I worked in the Community Clinic at the school with many different types of patients with ailments such as Pain, Digestive Disorders, Parkinson's Disease, Epilepsy, PCOS, Fibroids, and Lyme's Disease. I also worked in outreach free Auricular Acupuncture Clinics with homeless and low income populations. I opened my first clinic in Arcata, CA in January of 2021 and worked with many patients with a variety of disorders including Ulcerative Colitis, SIBO, IBS, Lyme's Disease, Chronic Fatigue, Auto Immune Disorders, Grief, Anxiety, Reproductive Issues, Post- Covid Disorder, Covid, Pain Management, Headaches, Migraines, Meniere's Disease, Herpes Virus Complexes, Fertility, and much more. Recently I moved to Marin County,  September of 2022 and am practicing in San Anselmo.
